While not as big as our end of year spring awards ceremony, we do an awards ceremony at the end of the first semester to give the LET 1s and some LET 2-4s some ribbons. This is also a time where more LET 1s get their first promotion and get their first chevron. This is also a time to signify the end of their first semester of JROTC and giving them their LET service ribbon. However, we also use this to commemorate other achievements, like Raiders getting their chords and announcing who all got the 50/85% award from the PFA.
